MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

  1. Prior authorization is required for all returns.
  2. All returns must be received by Quayside in salable condition. Credit will not be issued for stickered, damaged, or shopworn merchandise.
  3. Return freight costs must be prepaid by the customer. No C.O.D. returns will be accepted.
  4. The customer is responsible for proper packing of all product to be returned to Quayside. Product cartoned for return must not exceed 40 pounds in weight per carton.
  5. All returns are for credit only to be applied toward future purchases. Quayside does not issue cash refunds.
  6. Credit can be taken only after a credit memo is issued.
  7. Books must be returned referencing Quayside Publishing Group RA number, include packing slip, and appropriate invoice information or average discount will be applied.
  8. Books declared out of print must be returned within 180 days of out-of-print notice in Publishers Weekly to receive credit. Credit will not be issued for returns of out-of-print titles received after 180 days. Reference www.quaysidepub.com/outofprint.html for information.
  9. Returns of a single title on a single invoice in excess of 50% of the quantity on the original invoice may be credited at 15% above the original discount given. This restocking fee applies only on invoices where 100 copies or more of a single title are ordered.

  • Return product with the Return Authorization form (yellow copy or faxed copy) and a copy of the original packing list and invoice to:

    Deliveries are accepted from 7:30 am - 3:00 pm CST

Damaged/Defective Merchandise
Notification of a receipt of damaged or defective merchandise must be made to Quayside within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise in order for credit to be issued.

Mis-shipments
In the event of a mis-shipment, contact the Quayside Retail Sales Service Department at the number shown above within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise.
